Cozy Up and Stay A Little Longer

For Fall Foliage 2026 we have opportunities available.

• We have a rooms Sunday and Monday both weekends.   You can drive in early on Sunday, park here during the day to attend the festival, and then check in that afternoon.  2 night minimum stay.

• Shopping Options - Arrive early before the weekend and shop fully stocked stores before the crowds come.  We have many openings Tuesday thru Thursday ahead of the weekend both weeks.

For 2027 we will be posting rooms not booked by returning guests about 2-3 weeks after the second weekend.

Start thinking ahead about Winter and Spring Cozy packages include the following.

  • 2-night stay – enjoy a complimentary charcuterie board on the night of your choice.  A box of locally made chocolates from Bedford Candies will be waiting in your room on arrival.  

  • 3-night stay – all the features of a 2-night stay plus a ungraded box of chocolates and a $25 gift certificate to selected dining establishments or other local Bedford shops (availability may vary).  

  • 4-night or longer stay – all the benefits of a 3-night stay plus a $50 discount on your stay.  Copy this coupon id 2026cozy4, and enter during booking to receive your discount on this 4 night stay.

  • 7-night stay – all the benefits of a 3-night stay, and enjoy a discount of one midweek night free on your stay.  Free night automatically included in 7 night or longer booking.

Family and Friends Retreat - Exclusively Book the Whole B&B

Come with family or friends and book the whole B&B, all 3 rooms, for 2 or more nights.  Relax.  Retire for an extended visit in front of the library fireplace or over tea in the parlor. 

  • 2-night stay – enjoy a charcuterie board as a group on the night of your choice.  A box of locally made chocolates from Bedford Candies will be waiting in each room on arrival, and at $25 gift certificate to selected dining establishments or other local Bedford shops (availability may vary).  

  • 3-night or longer stay – all the benefits of a 2-night stay plus a $150 discount off the package price.

Fall Foilage

We still have rooms for the high point of Bedford's fall season – the Fall Foilage Festival.  Two night minimum.  

  • Enjoy a charcuterie board the night of your choice

  • A box of locally made chocolates from Bedford Candies will be waiting in your room on arrival.  

  • Fresh flowers will be placed in your room prior to arrival.   

We currently have rooms available the the second weekend for Friday check-in October 9.  Consider a Sunday morning arrival parking at the B&B only two blocks from the edge of the festival entrance.  Enjoy the festival all day and check in late afternoon.  We have availability both weekends.
