We are open year round. We are closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas though exceptions may be made for longer stays over the holidays for family in town for visits. Please call to discuss your needs.
There is special pricing and a two-night minimum for weekends in October due to the Fall Foliage Festival and leaf change. Please Call Us if you cannot book online..

Advance payment is required and may be made by online by credit card.

Cancellations:

Regular reservations if canceled 7 or more days in advance will receive a refund minus a $7.50/night convenience fee.

Fall Foliage reservations are not refundable except if room nights are rented again, and otherwise follow the regular policy.

No refunds if reservations are canceled less than 7 days in advance of check in.

Refunds may be made by bank check.
Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is from 3:30 PM until 6:00 PM

Early and late check-ins may be arranged in advance. Please call with details.

ADA Exempt: The owners live on site and the historic property has less than 5 bedrooms all located on the second floor accessible only by steps. There are steps to enter the building.
